Happy baby is a gentle hip opener and will release low back tension.  Begin lying on your back.  Hug knees towards chest.  Place hands on knees and let knees open wide.  Reach feet towards ceiling while keeping legs open wide.  Allow arms to come to the inside of the legs and place hands on outsides of feet or ankles.  Gently draw knees down towards floor.
