Savasana, Corpse Pose, should be taken for at least 3 minutes after every yoga workout.  This is your time to let your body fully relax.  Begin lying on your back. Let feet extend downward with feet wider than the hips.  Roll shoulders together and down on the back and bring hands by the sides.  Close your eyes and allow breathing to take its natural rhythm.
