Discretely Difficult

By themselves, these moves are not challenging. String them together and repeat 4x, and there's a challenging workout! I may have flopped fully belly down on that last set of pushups‍♂️ because by the end, I was very fatigued. I did a 19 min, L3 cardio before this and this kept my HR in the low 130 range. The squat press and the dumbbell pullovers are moves that make my hr spike always. Love all the ladies of different colors and sizes in these videos. ❤ The guy is decent, too!
