Harder then it would seem...

Did this after a 23 min cardio bc I like 40-45 min workouts. This was alot harder than I thought it would be. For example, the bent over rows and hammer curls, started off with 12's bc I thought "Why Not it's only 20 secs" but had to drop to 10's and ended up with 8's. So yeah, it was not easy. 20 seconds, eight times was definitely fatiguing. I want to build my arms up so I am trying to go heavier when I can but I guess it's a work in progress. ‍♀️ I really can't say one move was harder than the other bc every set was very challenging. Did you just add cool downs or did I just not notice it? Nice to have everything in one spot. If I have to go looking, odds are I'm not going to do it.
