Have light weights ready- I ended up using 3's and 2's in this one. First circuit- The squat fly was new for me. I liked it alot except after the 30 sec mark or so, it hurt my neck. I started with 3's but dropped to 2's. The tricep kickback was very hard after the pushups and banded tricep push-down and tricep raise. That was definitely an Oh WOW moment. Second circuit- The table top was no good for me. That band in that position kills my R hip so the band came off and I did a weighted sit-up press. The tilted front raise and the plank dumbbell X were new and I liked the Plank dumbbell X alot. That was a fun one so perfect way to end the workout.
