Seated Cat Back is an upper back and shoulder stretch.  Begin seated. Interlace fingers and extend arms out in front of you.  Draw the chin to the chest and relax the shoulders down away from the ears.  Round into your upper back.  Reach hands forward and press shoulder blades back, as if you could touch the wall behind you with your back.
