Side to Side Hop

How to do side to side hop hiit exercise

This is a great full body movement to get your heart rate going. Place hands shoulder width apart, with shoulders directly above wrists. Knees should be slightly bent and your back stays neutral. Using the left leg, push off the ground and hop legs to the right, landing on your right foot. Repeat and feel the burn in your glutes, core and shoulders!
