Lay on your back with your legs bent. Use your hands to gently cradle your neck. Slowly and steadily raise your upper body off of the ground, and simultanously rotate at your core to bring your elbow to meet your opposite knee. Lower your upper body at a slow, controlled pace. Plant feet firmly on mat to increase stability.
