How to do slow bicycle hiit exercise

Lay on your back with your legs bent at a 90 degree angle. Use your hands to gently cradle your neck. Slowly and steadily raise your shoulders slightly off of the ground, and simultaneously bring your knee in toward your chest and rotate at your core to meet opposite elbow to opposite knee. The other leg should be straight with foot flexed. Keep core tight throughout.
