Split Leg Lift

Lay on your back with legs outstretched. Lift legs to about a 45 degree angle, then split legs outward to about shoulder width apart. Bring legs back together, flex feet and lower slowly back to the ground. If the movement is causing too much pressure in your lower back, make a triangle with your thumbs and forefingers and place underneath your body at the small of your back.
