How to do Sumo Squat Exercise

Stand in a wide split stance with toes rotated outward. Keep gaze straight ahead of you and chest upright, without leaning forward. Lower bottom to seated position, then squeeze glutes and push heels into the ground to get back up to standing. Squeeze glutes and thighs for a moment before continuing with the next squat.
