X Jump

How to do X jump cardio hiit exercise

Stand with legs slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Lower into a squat to reach opposit arm to opposite foot. Plant heels into the ground to return to standing, and as you stand jump as high into the air as you can, shooting arms overhead. While in the squat position, be careful keep your knees aligned with your ankles and not let your knee move forward past your toes, or too far inward or outward.
