Excellent and quick
This is a wonderful wake up for the body. I always love the pace of the workouts. No need to rush the reps, just take it nice and easy and focus on doing every movement with control. I was on the tail end of a 2 day migraine when I started the workout and, now, at the end of it my head feels better.
