So, I doubled up today because that's the kind of week it's been and I'm just emotionally done. I really do not want to think what my mental health would be like without exercise. It really helps me get through the funk. Anyway, I really applaud anyone who can do jumping lunges- they are so hard for me and I have to add a little hop at the center between each lunge. This workout starts off intense and just stays intense through each move- it does not build so consider yourself warned! A 60 second wall-sit is RUDE but then only 30 seconds rest before 40 seconds of jumping lunges?? GRRRRR, so hard. The vertical jumps is about as restful as the rest periods so I kinda cheered up when those came along. Thanks for a great workout.
My legs are in fire after this workout. This, in my opinion, is the most intense leg workout. I really had to push myself to finish!
