Build lower body strength, mobility, and balance, which are essential for maintaining functional independence and reducing the risk of falls. It's important to perform each exercise with proper form, control, and breathing, and to choose a resistance band that provides an appropriate level of challenge without causing strain or discomfort. This workout can also be done without a band.
