Not one of my favourites but good for upper body
The last round of the renegade row was tough to get through, the rest of the workout was so so. I do love the weighted bicep hold though. When it gets tough I walk over to the mirror and look at my muscle definition. I have it all now - shoulders, biceps and triceps. I can see them all and it feels great. (Workout done with 10 and 12 lb weights. I think it would have been a killer with 12 and 15lbs instead.)
