Harder the second time and here's why
I'm in better shape so I'm actually doing the exercises with much better form. Squats are greater then 90 degrees - resting on haunches position except I'm not resting at all! Mountain Climber/Jumping jack plank - Pushing through the floor, shoulders/upper back completely open, not collapsed at all. Consistently high knees and high tuck jump. This makes a huge difference in the intensity and endurance require in this short workout. I remember doing a push up challenge with a well-known fitness youtuber. I couldn't figure out why I had to drop to my knees when she was just breezing through push-ups for 3+ minutes. Then I watched the video one day and her pushups were the barely-bend-your-arm type of a "push-up" while I was kissing my stinky yoga mat with every full push-up.

love all the movement and easy to do at home
It's nice to switch it up a bit . The circuits are designed to challenge and they do.
