Today you get to choose a cardio workout. Choose any Burn Cardio or complete the one below. View Burn Cardio workouts. 

If you would rather do another form of cardio, then complete 30 minutes of any activity of your choice. There are lots of fun ways to get your heart rate going. Some of our ideas are listed below, but feel free to get creative! 

  • Jogging
  • Walking 
  • Swimming
  • Biking
  • Yoga
  • Active video games like Just Dance or WII Sports
