Day 19 - Glutes Thursday

Level 3

This six circuit workout has one activating movement with three back to back rounds followed by a circuit of three movements. The circuit is finished off with a cardio glute movement to get your heart rate up and add an eccentric challenge that will be sure to leave you feeling this one the next day!

You can swap the dumbbells for a barbell.
