Movements: Mountain Hiker, Side Squat with Leg Lift, Reverse Lunge (Alternating), Glute Bridge

This is a real beginner workout that can be done at home. There's no jumping which makes it low impact and apartment friendly. Don't mind the long rest intervals because you'll still be burning calories. Try it with your family or use it to increase glute strength and stabilization.
