Yin Yoga 05 - Decompress Your Stress
Yin Yoga is a slower style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time in order to let the muscles relax. It is also a good opportunity to relax the mind as well. It is the perfect practice for workout rest days. We recommend using pillows, blankets, or blocks to support the body and make every pose as comfortable as possible.

great routine for the end of my day....relaxing and relieves lots of tension.
I made the mistake of doing this at noon on a Saturday. Now I think I need a nap. Definitely do this session before bed or pre-meditation to wind down and destress. It is very relaxing and the stretches/poses are held for around 5 minutes each.
I'm definitely not flexible enough to do some of these. I did what I could but maybe show some variants to the main positions
