Yin Yoga is a slower style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time in order to let the muscles relax. It is also a good opportunity to relax the mind as well. It is the perfect practice for workout rest days. We recommend using pillows, blankets, or blocks to support the body and make every pose as comfortable as possible.

I had a stressful morning and turned to Yin Yoga to calm down, stretch, and relax. I did this before lunch so that I could not bring bad mojo with me and be a negative Nellie. It chilled me out and I'm ready to move forward with the rest of my day.

I think that it's a great idea to add this style to the web. I'm an average sportsmen and I'm starting to add this Yoga workouts to my routine once per week but IMHO, I found that poses take too much minutes each one.
