Yin Yoga 03 - Yoga for Sleep and Deep Relaxation
Yin Yoga is a slower style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time in order to let the muscles relax. It is also a good opportunity to relax the mind as well. It is the perfect practice for workout rest days. We recommend using pillows, blankets, or blocks to support the body and make every pose as comfortable as possible.

After doing several Yin Yoga sessions, I have really grown to love it! I usually turn to these after more challenging workouts when I need to chill and calm my body. Just close your eyes and remember to practice your breathing.
