This workout was exactly what my lower body needed. I'm not quite as flexible as the instructor, but I'll get there. I loved the poses and the the length of time held. Perfect pace!
I loved this entire session. My legs feel so good right now. The ending of the workout was so relaxing and I'm ready for bed.
A great yoga session. I enjoyed everything about it and definitely felt challenged.
